SEO Content Partnership Boosts Organic Website Traffic 948% in Six Months

Georgia-based healthcare organization Perfect Health 247 set out to grow patient volume and brand awareness through a detailed and customized search engine optimization (SEO) strategy. Perfect Health aimed to:


  • Boost local organic search rankings for business-critical keywords

  • Improve its website authority with Google

  • Reduce cost-per-conversion for Google Ads

  • Increase the amount of SEO-optimized content on its website

The Challenge

To execute its SEO strategy, Perfect Health pursued a two-pronged approach. They needed a partner with SEO expertise who knew the science of SEO and could create a detailed keyword strategy. Perfect Health would also need copywriters who understood the art of bringing an SEO strategy to life with content best practices and healthcare knowledge. This approach would ensure the new website would speak well to patients and show expertise and authority to Google.

Perfect Health engaged Helium SEO to tackle its keyword research and SEO strategy. Helium worked with the Perfect Health team to determine the best keywords to target for increasing patient volume. Then, Helium outlined the type of content needed to improve Google search rankings for those keywords.


But Google’s search algorithm considers more than just keywords — it also ranks pages based on content relevance and authority. It was time for Dunlavey Solutions to make the magic happen. The pages would incorporate the keywords naturally and in a way that spoke directly to Perfect Health’s most important audience: its patients.

Once Dunlavey Solutions was on board, Helium provided a creative brief for the content and the keywords the writer had to incorporate on each page. With that outline, Dunlavey Solutions was off and running—to exciting results.

Dunlavey Solutions handed off the final content in late 2021. By March 2022, all of the new pages were live on Perfect Health’s website.

Although the initial goal was to rank better in local Google searches, Perfect Health also started ranking nationally. After only two months, the campaign’s success was clear.

  • Organic traffic to the Perfect Health website grew 948% February-August 2020

  • Organic keywords for Perfect Health’s website grew 334% February-August 2020

  • Perfect Health’s website appears on page one of Google for 256 keywords

The SEO and content collaboration also improved costs and conversion rates for Google ads for Perfect Health’s pay-per-click (PPC). Once the optimized content was online, Perfect Health saw its cost per conversion drop from $400 to $20.82 — a nearly 95% decrease in price. The conversion rate for the ads also remained high at 16.3%.
